For anything — billing, login trouble, a strange reading, a feature request — write to connect@unfoldastrology.com. If it’s about your account, please send from the email address you signed up with so we can find you faster.

I can’t sign in

First, try the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen — it sends a reset link to your email. If the link doesn’t arrive within a couple of minutes, check spam, then email us. Note that confirmation links expire after 24 hours; we can resend a fresh one.

The app says my subscription is inactive

Subscriptions are managed on this website, not inside the iOS or Android app. If you’ve subscribed and the app still asks you to subscribe, give it 30 seconds and tap I’ve subscribed — refresh. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the address on your subscription receipt and we’ll fix it manually.

My birth chart looks wrong

The most common cause is birth time entered in the wrong time zone, or AM/PM flipped. You can edit a profile from the Profilesscreen and re-generate the chart. If something still looks off, email us with your date, time, and place of birth and we’ll check the calculation.

I want to delete my account

You can do this from inside the app under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us. All your profiles, chat history, and birth details are removed within 7 days.

Refunds

If you’re within 7 days of being charged and Unfold isn’t for you, email us and we’ll refund you in full. After 7 days we look at refunds case by case.

See our privacy policy for what we store and how it’s used. Short version: birth details and chat history, used only to interpret your chart, never sold.
